Tracy Ababio now taking your ‘Lunch Box’ orders in Ghana

Tracy Ababio Lunch Box Ghana26-year-old Tracy Ababio has just started a  specialty breakfast and lunch delivery service in Accra. Tracy says ‘The Lunch Box’ is something she has wanted to do for 2 years. Although the company will officially be opened on December 20, orders are already coming in.

At first glance the sandwiches, look like good ‘ol Americana indulgence, Tracy says the Lunch Box Menu is actually part of a larger goal to introduce tasty, and nutritious food to the Accra public.

The Lunch Box uses low or non-fat dairy products, soybean and olive oil, supplements oat flour for white flour, uses real organic fruits, does not use any additives, sweeteners, or flavor syrups, and offers a range of wheat, multigrain, and health bread options for the health conscious.

Her big GoWoman dream is to introduce the Ghanaian public to “food trucks”, this she says she hopes to accomplish  in another couple years.

On Saturday November 23, Tracy will be taking her Lunch Box Ghana goodies to the Lincoln Community School Bazaar.

  • Caesar Chicken Wraps

  • Smokey BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

  • Waffle Sandwiches

  • Chicken Salads

  • Smoothies and
