Veralyn Williams is a Multimedia Freelance Journalist currently working in New York City. Working WNYC Radio, Bedsider.org, Black Enterprise, BronxNet Television, and The Museum for African Art. She is also Co-Founder of Telem Center for the African Child, a nonprofit providing children of African descent an opportunity to celebrate their cultural heritage. Through all of her endeavors she aims to give a voice to perspectives that are often forgotten in the media.
